Applicants are advised to consult with the relevant Sunshine Coast Council representatives, including a Creative Development Officer, before submission.

To help us respond efficiently, please include the following information with your enquiry:
- Applicant name
- Project name
- Your location
- Proposed project dates
- Brief project description (2-3 sentences)
- Links to your work (website and/or social media).
If your project is eligible, you will be invited to book a free 30-minute consultation with a RADF Officer. The session provides an opportunity to discuss your project idea and receive guidance to help plan your application.
Office hours are 8.30am–4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
All applications will be assessed by a panel of peer assessors considering the following:
- Alignment with the Sunshine Coast Creative Arts Plan 2023-2038
- Assessment criteria; merit, viability, reach and benefit.
- Diversity of art forms, communities and outcomes supported.
Please only respond to questions or criteria if they are relevant to your application project. Your responses should be relative to scope and scale of your project.
