* indicates a required field.

THE EOI PERIOD CLOSES MONDAY 23 MARCH 2026.

You should read the Creative Industries Investment Program (CIIP) guidelines before submitting your EOI.

The Creative Industries Investment Program (CIIP) supports organisations and groups to deliver established arts and cultural initiatives that support the strategic development of the local arts ecology and provide significant cultural benefit to the Sunshine Coast Region. Organisations and groups must demonstrate sustainable arts business models, sound governance and ethical practices including cultural protocols.

2026/2027 Funding Update

CIIP has completed its current three‑year cycle. To ensure funding continuity while we explore future investment models, we are offering a single one‑year funding term for 2026/2027 financial year.

Application Process

New applicants are encouraged to contact Council’s Sector Development Team to discuss their proposal by emailing: artsfunding@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au

Applications consist of a three-stage process:
1) Complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) - Applications will be invited only from successful EOI applicants
2) Consult with Council’s Sector Development Team
3) Submit a full online application – a link to the application form will be emailed to you upon acceptance of the EOI.

Assessment

All applications will be assessed by a panel of Peer Assessors considering the following:

  • Alignment with the Sunshine Coast Creative Arts Plan 2023-2038
  • Assessment Criteria - Merit & Viability
  • Effective delivery of outcomes under the previous funding agreement (if relevant)
  • Demonstrated partnership with Council and others
  • Diversity of art forms, communities and outcomes supported.

Please note this is a competitive process and submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Part funding may be offered.
